Cancellation & Booking Policy

Please note that there will be a £10 deposit to be taken for each treatment when booked. If appointment is moved with 48 hours notice, then the deposit is transferred. If the appointment is moved or cancelled within less time, the deposit is forgone.

No cheques, visa or switch payments will be accepted under £10 in value.

Clients who arrive late will only receive the remaining time of their appointment. We regret that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late.
